Meredith now hosts The Meredith TV Show, helping others share their amazing stories, grow their business, and maximize their visibility on TV and in the media.


  • Blair Bryant Nichols is the founder of BBN Creative Management, helping diverse and socially-driven talent grow their speaking careers and advance meaningful causes. With 18 years in the speakers bureau and corporate coaching world—including leadership roles at HarperCollins, Hachette, and Simon & Schuster and serving as Chief of Staff to Keith Ferrazzi—Blair specializes in developing speakers for conferences and corporate events while guiding clients on strategy, operations, and marketing to build sustainable, thriving careers. He holds an M.B.A. from UCLA-Anderson and a B.A. Magna Cum Laude from American University, and enjoys traveling, reading, and time with his husband and rescue dogs.
